no you didnt miss anything.. i was skulking
tried pulling back yesterday but have weighed in this morning and am back to 14st 10lbs..
starting AGAIN. pig sick at the moment. probs just me being grumpy and tired from work (now working my day off 8-1) but right this second i would rather stuff my face with something bad than count points.
saying that, i have just had oatsosimple for breakfast (3) and have two little apples for my break (0.5 - weighed em) ..now i just have to avoid cheese, ham, quiche, pastry, olives, salami, jelly babies, cadburys eclairs, hot chickens, sausages, prawns, crab, seafood sticks and anything else i might have missed that are readily edible on the counters.
so anyway, plan for today:
B - apple and blueberry oatsosimple (3)
L - sainsburys basics cream of chicken soup (2)
T - 2 white fish portions (3) broccoli and cauliflower (0)
S - 2 mini apples (0.5) diet coke (0) 1 slice wholemeal toast (1.5) tinned tomatoes (0)
total: 9.5 points
without a doubt, my plan will change later I am sure. Off to see my mate Becca after work as she's badly with her depression.. so going to see her for a few hours before I go see Ross Noble tonight. Wont be drinking as i'm driving so there is a silver lining i suppose.
Tomorrow is Mattys birthday and I am working 10-7. Then i think we're going to cinema afterwards.. not definitely sure yet.. and thursday my car is going into the garage and all my money will disappear
will see if i can drag Becca to do a group workout on Maya this afternoon as the exercise will make her feel more positive and it will get my fat arse moving
