according to my WI's i was 207lbs last week which is 14st 11lbs.

I am DEFINITELY now 14st 3lbs :p so an 8lb loss. Challenge now is to keep it off for next week! :p

Amazing loss - Congrats!!!

I know the feeling about the tracker, profile etc ... even though I update them every week they always seem to end up different from each other - weird!

I went to see Star Trek last night in the end - was fab!! Syler/Spok was excellent!!! Wonder if there's plans for a sequel!

sorry Rosie, yeah Lydia picked up how skinnt I am, so is bribing me to tell you horrible stories about the chickens..

tomorrow we move onto exactly what goes into sausages, I warn you girls, you'll need to clench your butt cheeks for this ones!! :D

Lyd, our sausages at work are half decent ones.. i think we should start with what goes into mince :p LOL.
 
Hello sweetie.... just making my mark so you know I am thinking of you... as you read I am self loathing atm so prob why I have been very quiet. But look at you! 8lbs???? Is that even possible...bloody hell...well done missus. x
 
what i've gained in previous weeks though - i tend to lose that quite easily but then struggle to lose new weight! xxx

hee hee, mince, sausages its all the same - not always a lot of "meat" but rather a lot of bone, ears, bums etc - the lesson girls is to always buy meat products that say "100% meat" and here endeth the lesson for today............:rolleyes:

You dont have to explain the situation with amber to me as i would die in a burning building to save my cats..extreme i know but only us cat lovers will understand;)! I lurve my 2 boys & 1girl:)cry:left) so much thats why it was so hard when miffy died 2weeks ago yesterday:( xx

you should be soooooo proud of urself - thats so fabulous babes 8lbs woooooohooooo and the fact ur in the 100s well u must be the happiest girl at the moment - ur gonna have to be extra good this week and make sure it stays off and u lose again - wow what a loss!!! bet thats great motivation for u now to never be in the 200s again!!! - well done - hope u have a lovely night to celebrate xxxx

well i have had a semi interesting day - i have been bagging and tagging little people for Pops to sell at his fairs, so made myself £20. Good thing too, just got a letter from barclays to let me know my direct debit was rejected and they're charging me £8 :( this pay day is never going to make it here fast enough!

eyes are really sore from doing them all, so won't stay too long. Went for a quick swim this morning and got to wash my hair (no gas :p) which was loooovely, and this afternoon i detoured slightly on the way home and spent half my earnings today on a tshirt for my friends birthday.

Other ten is going to have to go on leccy (thank god for emergency credit!).. then i'm back to square one again.

anyway, before i slip into depression mode over how little money i have, going to post up my food for the day and head to bed. Tonight is defo a night on the sofa with the cat.. need the feel good fluffy hugs :p *is a soft sh*te* :rotflmao:

food for today:

B - 30g shredded wheat (1.5) 1/4pt skimmed milk (0.5)
L - 4 pumpkin ryvita (3) 4 thin slices sainsburys honey roast ham (1) pease pudding (1.5) cherry tomatoes (0) apple (0.5)
T - cod fillet (3.5) marinated in garlic, parsley, lemon (0) and 1 tbsp olive oil (3) cauliflower (0)
S - 30g shreddies (1.5) 1/4pt soya light (0.5) vanilla and chocolate mullerlight (1.5) minimilk (0.5) cornish wafer cracker (1)

total: 19.5 points

aim for next week is a loss of 2lbs to finally hit 3 stone! :p
