Have a good day Rachael, bit cooler here today but still quite nice.
Dont work too hard- when is your hols??

Hey Rach,
Supa good week for us this week and we'll have fab losses. Get maya to kick your butt and I'll get my active coach to kick mine!
Good luck for the coming week, have a good day xx

defo, just done a half hour with her before.. determined! :D

hope you have a great day - enjoy the movies

thanks :D

Rats to the 2lb Rach! Never mind, you'll get rid of them by next week.

Gotta run - late for work! I'm aiming for another of those elusive silver 7's by the end of the month, wish me luck:p

me too, lets do this! shame in two weeks i've gained 6lbs though :( could almost do two 7's!

Curries are angel and devil food at the same time - its just not fair that something that tastes sooooo good can do that to you.

Oh, well - at least you know what caused it.

Short shorts!!! - with that and the cut out bathing costume - I am beginning to get the measure of you, my girl :p:p

Hope work passes ok. Were you watching the "I run Sainsbury's" programme last night..

i did see it yes, drove everyone nuts about how her bag thing wouldnt work. Yes, putting all that together is a good idea for the customer, but this is business. The fact that the customer has to walk around the shop to get the items means increased footfall down certain aisles - with well placed promotions near to these products as well as on the plinths, it is more likely that each customer will spend that £1.19 extra that we need them to spend to reach our sales targets :p

plus, sausage and APPLE cobbler? for kids? not a greatly thought out product for children I didnt think :p tested on people who work in head office.. not tested on a wide variety of customers or family units :p

okay.. no more. :D

Sorry about your gain sweetie, you'll get that off in no time, I'm sure of it. I used to drink nothing but soya milk for several years, the Alpro was the best although Tescos own brand was rather nice too, but I had to give it up when I had the cyst on my thyroid, I changed to rice milk but it was just too expensive, so back on skimmed milk now, but when I get to goal I might to back to rice milk (hopefully will have had a payrise by them to pay for it !!!)

i know, rice milk is dead expensive! why cant you drink soya milk then? does it have some adverse effect on your thyroid cyst?

Have a good day Rachael, bit cooler here today but still quite nice.

its cooler here, but still nice enough for flip flops.. plus my allergies have calmed down significantly (feeling and looking more human :p always good! :D) so its been a good day!

my hols from work start on the 14th, though i am not going on holiday until the 21st :) just going for a week but really looking forward to time off over anything else! :D

Ohh - what did you think of the Terminator film? I may see it at the weekend!

xx

i really enjoyed it.. didnt realise Helena Bonham Carter was in it until she appeared suddenly! Christian Bale was good, though prefer him as Batman.. still think of that set outburst though when i say his name.. i thought he was really over the top at losing his temper!

best guy was Anton Yelchin who plays Kyle Reese - he played the funny guy in Star Trek who can't pronounce his V's because of his accent.. Wictor Wictor :rotflmao: bless him!

however, Sam Worthington (plays character Marcus Wright) scores a 12/10 for hotness factor..

film scores 7/10.. would be higher but Sam Worthington was not naked at any point :(

anyway, reason i came online - food diary!

todays plan:

B - 30g all bran (1.5) 1/4pt soya light (0.5) wild blueberry mullerlight (1.5)

That made me really laugh - you should be challenging Mark Kermode for film reviews - I reckon yours would be far more up my street... must check out Sam Worthington....;)

i did, going to watch the one on tuesday too, just so i can slam her ideas - i hate being targetted by people and in the supermarket i like to be able to go at my own speed and browse. There is no way her idea is going to pass.. if it does i'll be devastated - i dont want to be hounded in work!

Hey chick how you doing?

Thing I might go see that film too. I went to see Drag me to Hell on Saturday, oh my god it was horrid!!

Anyway just thought I'd pop in an say hi and say that the salmon sounded lovely on your menu!!

XX

Drag me to Hell isnt something i would want to see.. I was jumping about all through Terminator, i think i have a nervous disposition! :D LOL!

the salmon is one you buy already made from Sainsburys fresh fish counter.. i've tried to recreate it, but no luck :( their teriyaki tuna is to die for too.. but more expensive :p

anyway, food plan is going to go t*ts up as i've just agreed to work 12-9 instead of 4-9.. so off now to fit my wii in before I go, then will have to rustle up something for bait.

ta ta everyone! :D have a lovely day! xxx

good afternoon :D well i have definitely lost the piece of paper.. will have to measure myself again soon! :p

had a decent day - been up to drag Becca out of her hole - we stayed in for a little bit, played some House of the Dead for Wii, then had lunch and then headed out to see her gran (and her three beautiful dogs - 2 shitzus and a bedlington terrier) and then to matalan for a browse, and to borders for a browse (where there is a starbucks and i was going to have a tall vanilla frappaccino.. but didnt :p)

food plan for today:

B - 60g all bran (3) 1/2pt soya light (1) vanilla and chocolate mullerlight (1.5)
L - 1/2 galia melon (1) 225g strawberries (1) 1/4 sainsburys bacon and cheese flatbread (6 :() mullerlight (1.5)
T - 330g halibut fillet (5) green beans (0)
S - 1/2 galia melon (1) 225g strawberries (1)

that bloomin' flatbread

Becca: "oh theres only 313 calories and 7 grams of sat fat in it"

(me assuming she meant the whole thing)

then when i looked later, it was per serving - she just cant read.. so i had had 6 points worth! :( so we didnt go to starbucks. i couldnt afford the points and still be able to have tea (tall aka small vanilla frap is 6.5 points :()
