cheers everyone! :)

well, sunday lunch was BEAUTIFUL! Matty talked me into a starter, but i've been very restrained for the rest of the day :)

L - broth (3) bread (1) humongous yorkshire pudding (5) turkey (4) peas (1) turnip (1) cabbage, carrots (0) gravy (3)
T - 1/2tin heinz beef and mushroom (1.5) thin slice bread (1)
S - handful raisins (1) 2 chocolate werthers originals (2) apple (0.5)

total: 24 points

walked the dog for 15minutes in the rain, so earned myself 0.5AP to counter act me going over, so pleased all in all that was only 0.5 over :D

eating out tomorrow night, so plan for tomorrow:

B - oatsosimple and soya light (3)
L - tuna salad (2) french fries multipack (1) 2 apples (1) 2 oranges (1)
T -
S -

so total, 8 points before I go out. Got a couple of bottles of water to keep me going through uni tomorrow, then WI then out for something to eat and Solomon Kane at the cinema :)

considering my horrendous reality check at WI last week, I'm really hoping for at least 3lb loss tomorrow. It took me a few days to get my head back into gear, but I will not give up! :)

cheers guys! well today has been okay so far.

found out my lunchbox is no longer airtight.. when it leaked my tuna salad all over my bag. An apple isnt so tasty when it smells like fish! :p

actually looking forward to my WI tonight :D (and moreso to the meal afterwards :p)

sorry its late - been sooooo busy!

i lost 3.5lbs at WI last night, so back into the 14's but not enough to earn my 2.5stone back.

still really pleased though :)

off to catch up xxx
