went to a Magic of Motown night last night at the Sage.. it was absolutely fantastic - i was up dancing and all sorts - really enjoyed it
one of the singers, Leeroy winked at me at the end I swear!

today i am determined to stick to the diet, as its only a week until the Sainsburys xmas party and I want to be able to fit into the Vicky Martin dress that i am about to buy (the sequin one). I really want to look good for a change.. i'm sick of being the above average sized joe tagged onto the end of photographs.. excuse me, my name is Rachael and I want you all to focus on me

i want to go to the gym today, so will have to see with the weather.. if not, will dig an old dvd out and have a go. I was reading in the SW mag about presents to buy yourself for xmas, and it said a new workout dvd.. i think i'd like the 30 day shred by Gillian from Biggest Loser.. so going to stick it on my list and see.. i have also listed loads of new lingerie and the only person stubborn enough to not buy me it is my dad the old fashioned spoilsport
food plan for today:
B - syn free Joes sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, poached egg
L - vegetable stir fry (beansprouts, onions, peppers, peas, baby sweetcorn) soy sauce
T - lasagne made with extra lean mince beef, onion, red and green pepper, garlic, bay leaves, oregano, basil, thyme, low fat cottage cheese (2syns) lasagne sheets, 42g l.f. cheddar cheese (HA)
S - apple, pear
Completing an S.A.S log today so i can track all the little things that stop me from food optimising 100%.
going to head to the gym this afternoon and then hopefully rescue my car from Kibblesworth. have a good day everyone xxx
