get yourself one of the battery charger packs - you can get em off ebay for a few pounds, and they plug into your wii fit via usb.. basically its wired in so plays off the electric rather than costing you loads for batteries! as for your salad - i found one like that the other day - rocket and pesto salad from sainsburys.. cant remember the points but 700kcals in it! didnt notice until i had eaten it!
Oh you are conspicious by your absence today. However I have tracked down the muller choc thingys in waitrose along with WW pate so I now have 16 of each - enough for 2 days do you think...?

not bad not bad - gave swimming a miss this morning at Mattys request - took dog for a walk around Saltwell Park instead.. couldnt walk for as long as i would like as he was late, so didnt get there until half 10 and had to leave at 10past 11 to get back to get ready for work for 12. Ended up working an extra hour 5-6 to sweeten up boss (for when i request some time off end of jan) as there is a sickness epidemic (i am already OCD about washing my hands after people touch me at work.. surprised i have any skin left from today) and my buddy Harker, the preggers Kaz and the noob Asher all off with flu / vomitting etc.. so been in house about an hour or so.. just chilling out for a bit
Papa is coming up from wales tomorrow, so am zooming down le A1 to good old Darlo about lunchtime to pick up my little sister and see him for a bit - Lauras gan out on the town i think so she wont be around long but I probs wont see him again until my birthday (March.. March the what eh Jax?

WHOOP!) just would have been nice excuse to see him a bit more! Bought him (and his fiance) a digital photoframe for xmas and have put some pictures of him and his fiance on a 2GB memory card, a few of me and him at my graduation and some of me and Laura are on as well.. i know it sounds horrible but not buying his fiancé anything for herself - i specifically said small xmas and she wouldnt listen.. and we have nothing in common as I learned when I went down, and so wouldnt know what to get anyway.. plus why should i have to spend more money just cause shes having fun with my dad's credit cards!
so yes tonight is doing the rest of my wrapping for tomorrow. Wanted to go see my little gran as well - she and my da arent talking since he walked out on my step mum for 16yr younger model and he said he didnt care, but I know he misses her and I think its wrong theyre not talking, though my gran was too right in telling him at 57 he should have grown up enough by now not to do stuff like that! But shes stubborn and hes stubborn (where I get it from).. so you know how it is.
