It is annoying being so varied with sizes too isn't it! I didn't ever, ever do dresses until I lost the weight and now Ive got a few (not worn them yet - but will on holiday!) I just wanna keep buying stuff - but don't know whether to get 16s or 18s, don't wanna get 16s and not be able to get in em, but don't want 18s to be too big by the time I go away - oh what a dilemma!

We were at a BBQ tonight but had to come home as OH was poorly, I think its cos of the heat today and then he had bread at the BBQ which he shouldn't have as it seems to aggravate his IBS. Bless him, he was sick, now he's laid on the sofa asleep.... and snoring, its so not like him xxx

if you've got a sewing machine then i'd get the bigger size then take in any bits that are too big and you'll have a perfect fit. i used to do it all the time with jeans when i was slimmer as i have big calves and sometimes i'd have to buy a bigger size to fit my legs, then take them in around the hips and waste. but they always looked good as i could make them really snug around the bum for a perfect fit

If you saw me with a sewing machine you'd know why that was impossible! - hehe, but yeah it is a good idea, think I'll take some of my existing 18s round to my mums to be altered.

Thought it would be interesting to see what the weight have lost is equivalent to.....

So Ive lost (roughly)....
More than 4 litres of water in weight or
2 car tyres or
a 'large' labrador puppy or
6 laptops

that's a good idea, especially if you have clothes in an 18 that you really like that are too big.

...i'm going shopping. will let you know late whether that was a good or a bad thing!

Good look on the shopping front - Its really warm here today, which is sometimes a good thing on a shopping day as people dont venture to the shops as they're sunning themselves! xxx

most of where i'm going is indoors, otherwise i wouldn't be going. it way too hot to be strolling about in the sun.

Yes its is too hot - not that Im complaining! My BF was changing the filters on his new car yesterday and ended up with sunstroke bless him! that mixed with the bread he had (Which aggravated his IBS) left him poorly xxx

Umm not sure what my loss is equavelent of, althought it says 10lbs on my ticker, thats just from the second round of dieting I have done this year, so since Jan I have actually lost 1 stone 10lbs.

Yeah is really suffering - very red rather than rainbow coloured hehe! I googled random things like how much does a tv weigh? and how many litres in three stone kinda thing! try it see what you've lost! xxx

If we lived nearer we could be bored together! My best mates a teacher too and in the summer holidays we enjoy being bored together! This is the first sunday in ages that Ive not gone shopping and bought clothes and in a strange way Im proud of myself!! x
