I am a 100% red girl too! I can't handle all the carbs and I have been disagnosed as Insulin resitatant so I don't lose very much on green days. I love my meat, although I do find you need to do a lot more cooking on red than green.
I find it cheaper. When I did green last time, I was buying loads and loads of things like mug shots and pasta and sauces and then eating them all so found I spent more. Now I only buy enough meat to last me the week, and because meats more filling, I find that I spend less.
I do mainly greens and find them only slightly cheaper, coz if you do by mug shots and pasta n sauce then they can add up to quite a bit over the weeks.

I like buying the chicken breasts when they're on offer in Sainsburys. I just keep the freezer stocked.
