weekend was good ta, we had a wii party last night...... pizza, chips, chocs, pavalova, brownies, etc etc, and this close to WI i may have blown it, but i can cope with a small gain or a sts, Im back on it today. but it will even out and you've gota live and all that x Oh and i hardly went on the wii cos some of the people who'd come round had never been on one before so we let them do it! x

sound like fun...i planned well today but turned out wrong. Had a strawberry milkshake from mcdonalds plus a few other treats... work tomorrow so will be back on track...

Ive been to the hospital tonight as I've hurt my shoulder, basically I've torn the rotator muscle cuff and my scapular muscle in my neck/shoulder. or something like that - basically my arm hurts like hell and i can only move it (without pain) from my elbow down. I've got three different kinds of tablets including some co-codomol and some anti inflammatory. the doc wasn't sure if i'll be able to go to work tomorrow or not, he said it will depend on how i react to the tablets as he said they may make me feel nauseas or drowsy and my arm feels, he said i'll porb need to go back tomorrow or wednesday x

they said that i could have torn/damaged it a bit ago and that it would have been fine and id not have noticed it, but then something else has exasperated the problem, so maybe this mornings p.e lesson warm up did it! who knows?! xxx

Co-codomal really spaces me out, I love taking it when I have af pain. Its the only thing that puts a smile on my face when af has come for a visit.

Don't drive on the co-codamol hun, they are spacers! And they do make you feel a little sick after a while
