Good Morning, sorry meant to post yesterday but it ended up a rather long day. Off soon again this morning, out all day, have planned a WS day with bars/food all ready so I won't be tempted by anything else. I'm a bit frustrated with myself, I know I shouldn't weigh every day because I do fluctuate a lot. But felt like I've needed to keep a close eye on it and I'm just sort of plateauing between 14st3lb and 14st4lb and I'm finding it really hard to be motivated at the moment. I know throwing in the towel and having a blow out will not make things better so I'm under no illusion there and will steer well clear. It's just a bit tough right now, I'm sure I'll have a sudden loss at some point in the next few days. Hopefully!
