Ramblings of a Bee on Exante

Thats fab bee and is so important to find a way for the plan to work for you as maintenance will be so much more manageable.
Whoop whoop on getting that skirt on, must have been a lucky day as I wore a dress I had bought before crimbo that I qas hoping to wear at xmas but didnt fit.....but it did last night!! Xxx

Bee...those numbers are looking good

Thank you all for your lovely comments. It really does give me a boost reading them all. Countdown now till 5 July....less than three weeks. I will be in my 13s then! Haven't been there in a long time, so exciting! Went through my wardrobe of discarded non-fits today and unearthed a pile of stuff that fits me again, very happy bunny right now :) Hope you're all having a lovely weekend. xx

Hi Bee. That's a great feeling isn't it!

I bet you really enjoyed finding things that fit now.....I know I did when I realised the jeans I had forgotten about in the bottom of my wardrobe (that I had been wearing for a day) were a size 12. I love them and wear them all the time.

13's here you ome

Well done bee! Hope you have a killer outfit planned out for when your wearing the skirt =)

Ha thanks Chelly yes, there's a whole new world in my wardrobe now :D have been doing some digging and have already got rid of a pile of those non descript clothes I never really liked but wore coz they fitted. Now that they truly look like potato sacks on me, they've gone fast tracking to the charity shops hehe.

Brilliant!

I had a clear out of mine a few weeks ago, and packed up all my stuff today ready to move out on Friday.... It's feels sooo weird!!! Lol

Lots of changes going on for you Chelly! How's the kitten?

That really is a great feeling isn't it Bee! Buying clothes you actually like, not just what fits and hides us xx

Hi Bee. How was your day today. You seem to be doing well. Have you started dog walking yet or did I put you off altogether!

Hey Lynne, I had another good day yesterday, I think I've found my footings within Exante if that makes any sense. Tweaked it to suit and I'm comfortable carrying on that way. And I've really stopped being hungry which is amazing. The first few weeks when I was doing 3 packs and nothing else I must admit I was hungry a lot. But now with some minor adjustments, I'm not anymore. I guess I'm in full blown ketosis :D
Yesterday, I didn't have my lunch shake till 3pm (breakfast at 7am so it was a looong gap) and I didn't even notice. So I'm pleased. I feel light with a spring in my step.
Errrm now to the other subject....dog walking! Nope, haven't done anything about that yet. Things are always so insane in my life as I'm sure they are with most people. Having said that, a friend of mine who lives only about 1.5 miles up the road has a dog and she's not been able to walk her much. And it's been lurking in the back of my mind that it's kind of served to me on a platter, it's a dog I know quite well and is very manageable. And it's close to my home so I won't have to travel anywhere. She's just come back from holiday and I'm gonna ask her if I can take the dog for a walk once a week to start with and see how it goes.

Shame yr not near me as u could walk my dog (and my kids) anytime u like lol xx

That made me laugh!!! Bee, you could walk my dog at the same time - Billy is a very feisty lakeland patterdale terrier cross!

Wow, not sure I could handle it all haha.

So, another week has flown by and it's weigh in tomorrow...fingers crossed! I have a good feeling but try not to be too optimistic, just so that I'm not disappointed when I've lost less than expected. Right, I'm off to bed, mega sleepy...nighty night everyone :zz:

Goodluck with yr wi tomorrow bee x

Good luck for tomorrow's weigh in!!!!!!
