Thanks Ed, it's quite healthy to perhaps shift the focus from the weighing and more to the sticking to plan thing. Coz that's the way to success, and I'm just not gonna weigh until WI day Wednesday, by then hopefully things will have balanced out again.

Today's gone well, I've stuck to plan, some bad cravings but didn't give in, I just thought how gutted I'd be if I had only that one biscuit or that one bite of cake, all on offer today unfortunately. But I knew it wouldn't just be the one thing, I'd end up writing the day off and possibly a few more.
I'm all ready to go to bed soon, not going anywhere near the kitchen now, just scraping off the make up and watching something to keep my mind occupied.
All in all, a good day really. And I know that if I hadn't stepped on the scales this morning, the day would have felt even better, so it's psychological more than anything.
