Ransch signing in

Hiya Ransch

Let us know what you think if you try it. I guess the idea of surprise is good - probably depends on what your body thinks tho! I wouldn't dare have cheat "days" - perhaps one treat meal or serving!!!

Sounds interesting hun - be really keen to hear how you get on!

Good luck - and make sure you keep posting xxx

Don't disappear on us. Keep posting and tell us about your progress.

Will do, I feel quite at home on this forum and I'm still deliberating whether to change diets or not. I'm not sure if I can cope with a whole cheat day :(

Oh, I need to know about that lovely puppy!

:D Let me introduce Roxy our German Shepherd/Labrador mix. We saved her from being drowned as she was one of a litter of unwanted puppies belonging to a gypsy family here. They wanted €150 per puppy or they would be put to death.

Unfortunately we could only afford one as there is a dog license in Germany which is rather expensive and increases with the number of dogs you have. :tear_drop:

I don't know what it is.

have a safe journey little one x

no you dont 4 is a trauma!

It was a Staffie puppy about 10 weeks old and unnamed on it's way to LA. You need to have a specific qualification for shipping pets so Trev always gets to see them between customs and the plane. He said it was mega friendly and when put in its travel box just lay down to sleep. I said I hoped it wouldn't remember the journey as it must have just been taken from its Mum and the poor mite could be traumatised.

Just going to my bed. Will read up on your diary tomorrow - just posting so you show up on my list because otherwise, my memory is like a sieve.

Dont give up hunni, theres gotta be a reason xx

Morning Ransch :)

OK so I've decided to give the rotation diet a go for the next couple of weeks and had my cheat day on Saturday which was pure indulgence. I won't list everything that passed my lips, enough to say that Snickers, crisps, Pringles, potato salad were on the menu.

Today was a low carb day which was no sweat ;) as are the next couple of days. Then comes two days of low GI foods where I'll have to look up to see what I can eat.

We're off to London for a long weekend on Friday so I'm not sure what I will do with the eating. Perhaps low carb as that comes naturally now with my cheat day on Saturday again :)

I'll keep you informed!

Hi Leanne, actually terribly. See my other post. Back onto induction tomorrow. Forget the rotation, Atkins works but really slowly for me so I'll just have to accept that and get on with it :)

Don't be despondent Ransch - we've all tried Atkins, tried to vary it, fiddled about, but ultimately the clean and green seems to work best. Good luck, hun :)

Doctor overload at the mo, had a trip to the gynecologist who wants to do some strange procedure involving vacuuming my womb to remove any nasties. When I asked her what kind of nasties as I'm not in the habit of inserting just any old thing up there she was not amused.

Hmm too drastic for my liking, I'll have to investigate further.

Back on induction today but feel fine about it.

Blew it today- Snickers and chipsticks. Nevermind onwards and upwards!!!!!!
