Morning everyone
Feeling a little better this morning still head cold-y but not as bad as yesterday, silly me didnt leave the flat time late in the arvo to get cold and flu tabs so I have only taken them once, not gonna do much good yet.
Food plan for yesterday was - wanna edit in changes
Breakfast: Stewed apple (spoon of yog) and coffee
Snack: Raspberries
Lunch: CD Bar and
coffee cappucino
Snack: Pear
Dinner: Quorn fillets with salad of spinach leaves mushroom and spoon of cottage cheese with wholemeal pasta.
Snack:
CD froz tetra with stewed apple. Did not have last snack as I had 1cm slice of baguette and couple mouthfuls of my boys pasta sauce. Got the guilts a bit to have my last snack.
Day went ok I guess, trying to be really planned to help me stay on track. My boyfriend is loving this though, as when he walks in at 6 his dinner is served up and ready on the table (I cook him I separate meal to mine).
Last night I started working through the end of chapter journal activities in Eating Less by Geneen Roth, I think I am going to find this really useful. I have been writing in the journal my eating for the day as well as my thoughts for the day also....hopefully if I do deter from 1000 (which I am determined not to) I will see maybe my emotional cause for this, if that makes sense.
Todays plans are:

Snack: Blueberries
Lunch: CD Bar and cappucino
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Salad of spinach leaves, mushrooms and cottage cheese, tuna, and wholemeal pasta.
Snack: Froz tetra with raspberries.
So today, once I feel I have the energy, will get up and head to a net cafe and update blog, then go to Oxford St, have a wander round there and then meet a girl who I worked with for coffee in the arvo. haha, nothing too strenuous today......so lovely to be a lady of leisure......gee I may not want to go back to work in Oct/Nov, could get used to this
