Yesteday night my boy and I went out to chinese for dinner, it was a buffet but I was happy cos I didnt eat to excess (left there feeling satidfied and not bloated and bursting at the seams like I used to), enjoyed a few glasses of wine with some friends who are moving into our flat while we are in Europe. I was aware that the scales would be up a little this morning, but oh well......real life eating is not about the scales staying the same no matter what you eat, there will be fluctuations, esp after a night out at dinner.
Woke up this morning, with a little headache (prob carb overload last night) and had a can of sprite zero (always get the dries after wine) and was fine.
Walked to the lock and had a wander, had a nice bowl of museli with greek yog at a cafe, and feeling really good and positive about coming week.
I do have a question though, how do people manage on the 1200 cal plan? The meals are so specific, and I do not want to go off plan, but also know things like the lunches are not very realistic for me to make if I am in and out of the house during the week?
Plan for today eating wise, not sure yet! Going to sit and plan after this. Would love some advice on 1200!?!?!
