Morning partner!! Omg in so excited!!! Here we go once ive got my munchkins to school and shini coincidentally get my ammi Jee to dentist I am going to get weighed at 10 am I will be on here lol Omg!!! Eeeeeeekkkk lol xxxx

Well hello my lovleys!! i lost 5 lb... which im well chuffed about.. considering im only on day 5 ss and in ketosis.. maybe i was hoping to be in the 14!! but hey ho im sure i willo be in the next fe days next weigh in wednesday.. thanku for all ur support!!! shini main agayee lol how r u feeling huni? any better.. xx

Well done Rashiy that's good my next weigh in is we'd just hoping I can get through the weekend, already put a moth full of the kids marshmallows in my mouth--don't worry I spilt them out when I realised lol xx
 
Having a very low time! No will power! Have bingeed today on 1 small plate of biriyani 3 chicken pakoras 2 penguin bars and 1 muller yogurt! Why did I do that! Feeling sick!
 
Very very sad Huni cheated myself! Feel like a failure considering I had never done so well! Who was I kidding! X

Hey rashiy calm down hun!! Everyone has these moments were we pick at food n cheat! Ur not a failure, u had a bleep moment ur human nowt wrong just pick urself bak up from tomorrow !! I have done it many times my self but then go on as normal after the little cheat!! U have done great look u sed u hardly ever get past day 3 but look at the miracle u did pass day3, so chill hun xxx

I know shini! Finding it difficult to get back on the bandwagon now! So I decide back to day 1 again 2moro x just feel so bad about myself! Like I said just feel like I cheated myself! Now I'm back to my old self sad feeling fat and ugly!
