RB's Sole source hell!

Cheers girlies, it's just gone 1.00 am and in just setting off for the 3 hour drive home from Basildon, i left the house just over 24 hours ago so in a little jaded but not too bad.

No problems with my shakes through security, although why on earth knowing full well I'd be awake for 27 hours I only packed 3!

Couple of little deviations iover the last couple of days..... Yesterday, as I was only having the kids for a couple of hours I took them out for tea so I opted for an undressed chicken salad and I had to leave half of it as I was stuffed! Then today due to my terrible planning had to grab a sandwich, but if I hadn't of I think I may have fainted!!

Morning you've been three times? Not sure I'd go again, once you've been you've been??? I bought a can of coke outside ground £4 couldn't believe it!!!
There were four of us so got four cans cold coke, £16 so thirsty and hot we paid it x

First time i did the touristy thing with the (ex) wife... camp nu, the olympic stadium etc. the second time was on a stag weekend and i saw a completely different side to the city then! and yesterday was 3rd time, so different reasons to go.

Seen your post about your kids I feel for you RB we having a ex wife just the same looking to hurt my hubby for no reason through the kids for 8. Years we had it.... Luckily the eldest son left his mother last June and moved in with us and never gone back but the 11 year old is totally brainwashed by his mother and stayed with her so we never see him so I know where your coming from for years she used the boys as a tool to hurt my husband when it was her having numerous affairs but that's just the tip of the iceberg x

morning all, just got back home, as i ended up grabbing a couple of hours sleep in the car last night, normally id have reached for a couple of cans of red bull and some carbs and driven through it, but decided it was not worth it, perhaps i was just trying to reaffirm my willpower? lol

had a cheeky check on my scales just and I'm soooo close to them saying 15 something, I'm really spurred on ( they are nowhere near my CDC's ones btw! lol )

Going to try using the Fybogel today and see how that goes as I'm a bit bunged up, but i won't go into it too much! although it reminds me of the very old joke....... did you hear about the constipated mathematician? .. he worked it out with a pencil...

to be fair, Bi and large (thats not my nick name for her) we get on OK, we have our moments but then all ex's do, fortunately she loves her free time when i have them for it to be a problem. I signed the divorce papers last week so that will come through soon i hope.

Sorry to hear you have troubles, i know guys who get all sorts of crap, when all they want to do is be a good dad but what really winds me up is guys who shouldn't have been allowed to breed in the first place! xx

Well done for resisting the temptation and for just sleeping. Already changing your habits eh!! Fybogel won't help to clear but it will help to keep you regular going forward xxx
