I think I'm shrinking in proportion now, so not sure the camera will show a difference. i can't see a difference in my tummy which is the frustrating thing.

Been for a 4 mile run tonight, felt really good about it, even had a bit more left in me but ran out of time, certain ally feeling it in my legs now.

I think once we (well not me cos I'm crap and have pizzagate!) but everyone else, loose weight we have to work on shaping our body, toning ect.. Your doing all the right things, way to rugs! xxx
