Well its time to re focus! complacency is starting to settle in and i need to nip it in the bud!
Today should be ok, kids go back @2.00 pm then its off to devon to work for a few hours so i can plan my shakes nice and easy.
Tomorrow will be more of a challenge, not sure where I'm off to yet but its a team of 3 of us off some where near reading for 2 days, so I've got yet another stop out booked with the 2 least supportive and understanding guys I've ever met!
The rest of the week should be straight forward enough, I've a party to go to on Saturday night but i can be the designated driver for that so hopefully a good week will put me in the right frame of mind.
Also Saturday, I'm doing an 11 mile walk over the Malvern hills for the Hospice my GF supports which will be good training for the 31 miler in June.
Just need to make sure i squeeze in enough gym work/running in-between!
