RB's Sole source hell!

That was annoying! Telling me you deleting a post! Grrrrr!
If you had to delete must have been bloody funny! Xxx and I Wont get to see it :(

Well its time to re focus! complacency is starting to settle in and i need to nip it in the bud!

Today should be ok, kids go back @2.00 pm then its off to devon to work for a few hours so i can plan my shakes nice and easy.

Tomorrow will be more of a challenge, not sure where I'm off to yet but its a team of 3 of us off some where near reading for 2 days, so I've got yet another stop out booked with the 2 least supportive and understanding guys I've ever met!

The rest of the week should be straight forward enough, I've a party to go to on Saturday night but i can be the designated driver for that so hopefully a good week will put me in the right frame of mind.

Also Saturday, I'm doing an 11 mile walk over the Malvern hills for the Hospice my GF supports which will be good training for the 31 miler in June.

Just need to make sure i squeeze in enough gym work/running in-between!

Glad to hear you've re found your focus :) being away will be difficult but you did it before and you can do it again x

That's brilliant doing walk to raise money for hospice. They do such amazing work, if I wasn't so busy I would actually do voluntary work one day a week in my local one.

Yes back on track, its the only way, focus and determination will get us there xxx

It is food to see you recognise you become too complacent because sometimes you don't realise till too late!! Come on rugger ya too close to start screwing around now not long and you will have lost the weight you want and the mask will fit properly next time ;) keep going xxxxx

RB - massive change - you are a completely different shape in the first picture! You were sliding into middle age podge and soon you'll have the body of a 21 year old!!

Omg, I had to read back through my thread to find the first photos to save and seeing how strong I was in the early stages compared to how weak and complacent I've been this last week was quite depressing! I can't believe what an impact it's had on my mood, I could actually cry right now! How stupid is that.

Don't be down - you have come a long way - just look at those side by side photos!!

All you need to do us refocus and give it another push - you know you can do this as you've done it before and if it helps think how fast you could go back to before photos if you don't get a grip.

Be strong!!! xx
