Re-feed and maintence

I CAN do this
I know it's a very long way away for me but I've been working out how I want to re-feed and maintain once I'm at/near goal. I want to make sure I don't put this all back on!

So far my plan is to go back onto food through a low carb diet like Atkin's and then to move onto Slimming World to learn how to eat sustainably and lose the last bit.

What's everyone else's plan?
 
I haven't really got a refeed plan just yet but I'm thinking I'll probably add a low carb meal to start with as I get close to goal, a bit like the Cambridge 810 plan, and then once I'm at goal start stepping up a bit more. This Xmas was a bit of an experiment in terms of how much weight I put on in the first week as I went out of ketosis. It looks like it's about half a stone. Because I don't want to low carb forever (but I might do a low GI diet or something similar when I'm at goal) I think I'm going to need to lose an extra half stone to maintain my weight at my 11st 7lb target, so I guess I need to get to 11 stone whilst still in ketosis to do that. When I'm on the home stretch I'm going to start reading up a lot more about refeeding and maintaining but for the time being I need to concentrate on getting back into ketosis and back on track.

I might be wrong but I don't think we've had anyone here who has reached goal yet on S&S. I reckon we'll get some in 2012 though!
 
My plan is to low carb post weight loss.... limit the Vino intake lol...
