I'm back on this, after losing a stone in 3 weeks in January. I've found as a student this was really hard to keep up. I then just started eating rubbish again, no self-control. And got back into my Coca-Cola addiction. So weight has piled back on. I'm going back into it though - went to buy some clothes in Primark today and it was a depressing experience. So I bought some joggers too - going to add exercise into the mix, as soon as my current sore-back-stint is over. I'm thinking skipping and sit-ups. We'll see how it goes...

good luck, you know how it works so you can do it. try planning a menu you so you don't go over budget.
