Well today was supposed to be official weigh in today but I am changing it to Wednesday this week and next week. As we leave here to go to winsford on the Wednesday. Going to take the xenical while we are away I can't go off track I have to do this.

Started the detox drink again on Friday. Still don't like it but I can put up with it.

2lb off. I have a feeling it would have been more if I wasn't so bloated. So I am a bit disappointed but also happy as I am back where I was a few weeks ago. Mixed feelings.

Rach.... I must be strange. I don't mind the taste of the detox stuff at all.

I made myself up half a litre last night and tried it. I then forgot to take it to work with me today so I will have to start properly tomorrow.
