Reaching Target in 2020

Day 150 - Saturday 22nd September 2018
After a good night sleep, all stress of overeating has gone and I am ready to carry on and lose as much as possible.
B - Banana, nectarine, apple, prune yog (6 syns) covered with tsp of chia seeds, large glass of water
L - Chicken & veg soup with a few sliders of pistachios, potato and meat patties in sandwich (1 WM toast)with salad, drizzle of salad sauce
D - Chicken & veg stirfry ( chicken, garlic, ginger, broccoli, cauliflower, bns, soy sauce), apple, cue, black tea
S - Coconut & chocolate cookie (8 syns)
Fluids - Black tea, 2 cups herbal tea, plums, apple, yog choc (7 syns)
Exercise - 20 mins walk & exercise (2 miles), sorted out the wardrobes and cleaning the house
Got an awful headache which could be catching a cold from the awful weather we are having (rain, rain and more rain)

Day 152 - Monday 24th September 2018
After a weekend of binge eating (that is life), I am back on form and ready to continue with the plan an ddetermined to lose as much as possible.
I am aiming to have my breakfast later and combine lunch & dinner - eat around 4-5 o'clocl. After that if I feel hungry use my syns(snak) & fruits to see if I get a better results.
B - Boiled eggs, figs, strawberries, lemon tea
L - M&S salad (3 syns), ceral bar (HEXB)
D - BNS spag with meat balls (onion, mince beef, broad beans, tom)
S - Apple, Nectarine, 1/2 tsp honey (1/2 syn), pkt lentil curls (6 syns), frozen mango with yog, pitta pocket (HEXB), blue cheese (HEXA)
Fluids - Lemon tea, matcha tea, lemonade (fizzy water & lemon squash), 2x summer tea, black tea
Exercise - 30 mins walk & exercise, 8500 steps

B - Oat & carrot loaf (40gr oats (HEXB), grated carrot, 3 tsp honey (3 syns), eggs, yog, 10gr raisins (2 syns)) with cottage cheese and figs - delish, black tea
L/D - Chicken salad (leaves, cue, tom, beetroot, carrot, sweetcorn, olives (1 syn), salad sauce (3 syns))
S - 4 corn sticks (2 syn), plum, banana, nectarine, crisp bread (HexB), blue cheese (HexA), figs, plums
Fluids - 3 black teas, 3 summer tea
Exercise - 20 mins walk & exercise (2 miles), 10km exercise bike, 8000 steps

B - Oat & marmalade cake (20gr oats (1/2 HEXB), tbs homemade lemon marmalade (2 syns), yog, egg). It was delish and certainly will try again, melon, cottage cheese, nectarine
L - Spag bol, black tea
D - crisp bread, houmus, ham, rocket
S - one sugar free sweet, mango, another oat & marmalade cake (1/2 HEXB, 2 syns), melon, pkt lentil crisps (6 syns)
Fluids - Matcha tea, 1L diet cherry lemonade

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 198 lbs (14s 2 lbs)
Loss to date = 25 lbs


Finally, I managed to get weighed and lost 2 lbs. I am disappointed and frustrated as this 2 lbs is over 4 weeks. I have upped my exercise and eaten according to the plan (had a couple of days off). Not sure what to do to boost my metabolism.
B - WM pitta (HexB + 2 syns) with corned beef, nectarine
L /D - Beef & veg curry (onion, garlic, ginger, beef, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, potato, curry powder(, coriander rice, Low fat yog(1 syn)

D - Beans & veg (onion, bns, carrot, cauliflower, broccoli) tagine (4 syns - totally not worth it. Next time I make my own sauce)
