After a good night sleep, all stress of overeating has gone and I am ready to carry on and lose as much as possible.
B - Banana, nectarine, apple, prune yog (6 syns) covered with tsp of chia seeds, large glass of water
L - Chicken & veg soup with a few sliders of pistachios, potato and meat patties in sandwich (1 WM toast)with salad, drizzle of salad sauce
D - Chicken & veg stirfry ( chicken, garlic, ginger, broccoli, cauliflower, bns, soy sauce), apple, cue, black tea
S - Coconut & chocolate cookie (8 syns)
Fluids - Black tea, 2 cups herbal tea, plums, apple, yog choc (7 syns)
Exercise - 20 mins walk & exercise (2 miles), sorted out the wardrobes and cleaning the house
Got an awful headache which could be catching a cold from the awful weather we are having (rain, rain and more rain)
