Today, I am going for a Green day
B - Green smoothie, WM toast(HexB) cheese (HexA), fig, apple, 2tsp plum jam (2 syns)
L - Tuna salad (Tuna (HexB), leaves, tom, cue, pepper, radish, sweetcorn, olives (1 syn), salad sauce (2 syns)), orange
D - Apricot & coriander bean casserole (carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, onion, sauce (4 syns)), yog (6 syns)
S -Grapes, fig, apple
Fluids - Black tea, Green smoothie
Exercise - 20 mins walk & exercise, 8500 steps
Naturally, my portion sizes are getting smaller.
