Today, I am going for a Green day
B - Green smoothie, WM toast(HexB) cheese (HexA), fig, apple, 2tsp plum jam (2 syns)
L - Tuna salad (Tuna (HexB), leaves, tom, cue, pepper, radish, sweetcorn, olives (1 syn), salad sauce (2 syns)), orange
D - Apricot & coriander bean casserole (carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, onion, sauce (4 syns)), yog (6 syns)
S -Grapes, fig, apple
Fluids - Black tea, Green smoothie
Exercise - 20 mins walk & exercise, 8500 steps
Naturally, my portion sizes are getting smaller.

Day 168 - Tuesday 10th October 2018
Today, I am going for a Red day
B/L - Green smoothie, Cottage cheese(HexA with pinch of chia seeds (1 syn)), boiled eggs, Rye bread (HexB), grapes, fig, nectarine
D - Steak, mushrooms, broccoli, tbs butter (HexA), frozen fruits topped with yog (6 syns)
S - Grapes, 2 walnuts (2 syns)
Fluids -2 black coffee, Green smoothie, 2 summer tea
Exercise - 40 mins of walk & exercise (3 miles), 6000 steps, lots of gardening

Food is looking lovely. What's your potato muffin recipe

Boil a largish potato. Grate on the small setting or mash it to a smmoth paste.one Add an egg or 2 (I used one) . Add salt & pepper and if you'd like add HexA of grated cheddar cheese. Beat really well until smooth (no lumps). divide into muffin cases (I used silicon ones so no need to grease) and bake for 20-30 mins at 180 degrees. If you put a knife in the muffin and comes out clear (not wet or sticky) it is ready. You can eat it hot or cold.

I use it as a side with meat on EE/Red or eat for braekfast with fruits & cottage cheese. If you add HexA of cheese for me it worked out to be 1 syn each (I made 6 muffins).

I like them a lot. Let you know if you like them. Enjoy.

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 195.5 lbs (13s 13.5 lbs)
Loss to date =27.5 lbs

Ahh 1/2 lb awayfrom 2 stone loss. Hopefully, I get that and more next week

B - Green smoothie, potato & sweetcorn pancakes, tbs butter ( HexA), 2tsp plum & ginger jam(2) , cottage cheese (HexA), tsp sesame & chia seeds (1 syn), 2 walnuts (2 syns), 3 lemon tea
L - Rye bread (HexB), Tuna (HexB), tom, radish, orange, ok crisps (6 syns)
D - All Iwanted was bread and cheese so I ate it and don't feel guilty. Tomorrow is a new day
S - Grapes, nectarine
Fluids - Green smoothie
Exercise - 2500 steps

It is a Day
Yesterday, most of the day I was slouching on the settee doing some work on my laptop. Weather did not help either - It was raining heavily all day & night so no chance of going out for a walk or gardening. Today, I am going to make sure that I do some physical work as well as mental work.
