Day 19 - Saturday 12th May 2018

B - Bacon omelet , backed beans with cheese, last of corn bread ( will not buy again chewy & tasteless), orange, nectrine, black tea
L - Fruit salad ( nectrinr, orange, pear, banana), black tea
D - Pan fried cod with butter, asparagus, mushroom, samphire and plenty of salt & pepper, small potato - enjoyed that
S - Frozen fruit with a figue activia
Fluid - 3 black tea, 3/4 pint lemon squas
Exercise - cleaned house from top thoroughly.

Day 20 - Sunday 13th May 2018

B - Chicken italiano square (square bread, chicken, onion, garlic, sundried to mato, chili), slices of tomato, black tea
L - Orange, banana, pear
D - Massive bowl of spag bol ( mince, onion, garlic, tomato, sundried tomato, tomato puree, olives, courgette, pasta), salad (leaves, tom, radish, 1tbs salad sauce). I was mega hungry today
S - 2 pkt lentil curls, 4 mini chocs
Fluid - 3 black tea
Exercise - A few times up/ down 2 flight of stairs & moving furniture around.

Day 21 - Monday 14th May 2018

B - Fruit platter ( Banana, pear, orange) with fig youghrt for dipping, black tea
L - Chichen & bousin ( fig & walnut) square sandwich, 2 massive tomatoes
D - Beef & veg curry ( onion, pasata, garlic, ginger, carrot, cauliflower, broccoli, swede, courgette, aubergin, curry powder)
S - Apple, orange
Fluid - 2L water with a dash of lemon squash for taste
Exercise -Lots of exercise digging the garden all day.

L - Chicken & Black olive tapande square, large tomato, frozen fruit with jam and ff youghrt
D - Homemade burger, chips, gherkins, tomato
S - Apple, banana, orange, pkt crisps
Fluid - 1/2 L water, 2 black tea
Exercise - Digging garden all day

Day 23 - Wednesday 16th May 2018

B - Cheese & ham mufin, mango, black coffee
L - Chicken & potato salad ( chicken, potato, gherkins, olive, 3 tbs salad sauce), baby tom, radish
D - Muffin with small amount of butter & pkt crisps
S - Frozen fruit layered with yoghurt & jam, 2 mini chocs
Fluid - very little
Exercise - A few times up/down stairs, cleaning car

Day 24 - Thursday 17th May 2018
Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 219lbs (15s 10lbs)
Loss to date = 4 lbs


B - Egg & mushroom in pitta bread, butter, orange, mango, black coffee
L - Jack pot with tuna & 1tbs salad sauce, sliced tom, radish and grated carrots
D - Totally went off rail eating croissant, bread, butter as I was totally knackered from digging the garden. Felt bad after but couldn't undo.
S - pkt crisps, 2 mini chocs
Fluid - 2L water, black tea
Exercise - Lots of digging in the garden.

L - Beef & veg ( onion, garlic, mushroom, courgette) casserole
D - Cheese & ham muffin (Bousin walnut & fig), pkt crisps
S - slice of spiced loaf
Fluids - 1/2 L water, black coffee, black tea
Exercise - A few times up/down 2 flights of stairs

Day 26- Saturday 19th May 2018

B - Cheese & banana muffin, fig activia, black tea.
L - Veg frittatas (inion, garlic, mushroom, courgette, eggs),a few drops of chili sauce
D - Spag bol with beetroot and tomato
S - leftover frittatas, pkt crisps, 5 mini choc, banana
Fluids- orange juice ( it had to be finished), 2 black tea, large glass of lemonade
Exercise - 2 mile walk, cleaning the house

L - Massive salad (leaves, tom, cue, M&S salad). I was too hungry and forgot to take a pic
D - Salmon pitta sandwich with asparagus, tomato, cucumber
S - Strawberries, apple, mullerlight, pkt crisps
Fluids - 1.5 Lwater
Exercise - 3 mile walk

B - Fig & walnut boursin cheese on toast, apple, pear, banana ( couldn't eat all so left for munching during the day), black tea
D - Corned beef, boiled potato, salad ( leaves, tom, cue, gherkins), 1tbs chutney, tsp mayo
S - leftover fruit from breakfast. apple, pear, cucumber, pkt crisps, 35 pistachio
Fluids - 2 black tea, 1/2 L water
Exercise - Loads of work around the house

B - Bacon on toast, sliced pears, blueberries, black tea
L- Pirpri chicken salad ( leaves, cue, tom, carrot, gherkins, basil, 1tbs mayo), black tea
D - Stuffed mushroom ( onion, beef, chili, olives) topped with cheese, crinkled bns, asparagus, broccoli
S - pears
Fluids - 3 L water, black tea
Exercise - Lots of decorating
