Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 212 lbs (15s 2 lbs)
Loss to date = 11 lbs
This appointed with my losses. I think, I am not eating enough fruits & veg.
B - Cottage cheese & banana on toast, strawberries, large black tea
L - Egg & ham salad (leaves, tom, cue, pepper, radish, tarragon, mint, salad sauce), black tea
D - Chicken curry with lots of veg ( onion, tom, courgette, mixed peppers), watermelon. Dinner was deliciousssss
S - Apricots, cherries, watermelon, boiled egg
Fluids - 1 L water
Exercise - Lots of decorating
