Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 212 lbs (15s 2 lbs)
Loss to date = 11 lbs

This appointed with my losses. I think, I am not eating enough fruits & veg.
B - Cottage cheese & banana on toast, strawberries, large black tea
L - Egg & ham salad (leaves, tom, cue, pepper, radish, tarragon, mint, salad sauce), black tea
D - Chicken curry with lots of veg ( onion, tom, courgette, mixed peppers), watermelon. Dinner was deliciousssss
S - Apricots, cherries, watermelon, boiled egg
Fluids - 1 L water
Exercise - Lots of decorating

Day 52 - Friday 15th June 2018

B - Watermelon
L - Ham salad ( leaves, tom, cue, pepper, radish, mint, salad sauce), black tea
D - Leftover chicken curry & rice, apricot, nectrine
S - Apricot, hot dog but didnot taste nice ketchup, mustard
Fluids - very little
Exercise - 1.2 mile walk

Day 53 - Saturday 16th June 2018

B - corned beef ciabatta, banana
L - Pineapple, apricot. 2 slices of bread, butter, chicken curry & veg
D - Chicken & veg casserole ( broccoli, cauli, carrot, bns)
S - pkt crisps, 4 snack a jack, fruit youghrt
Fluids - 1 L water
Exercise - 1.5 mile walk
Disastrous day as it involved too much bread.

B - Big fruit bowl ( apricot, pear, apple, grapes, blueberries), 2 dutch cakes with cottage cheese, large black tea
L - Pastrami & egg salad ( leaves, tom, cue, olives, radish, pepper, salad sauce), large black tea
D - Salmon with dry roast potatoes & salad ( leaves, tom), melon
S - Pastrami, nectrine, apricots, melon, grapes, mini chocolate, 15 pistashios
Fluids - Large black tea, Lemonade ( fizzy water with lemon squash)
Exercise - 1 mile walk

D - Home made burger with chili sauce & chips, tom, cue
S - Grapes, nectrine, apple, 2 snack a jack, melon, 22 pistashio nuts
Fluids - 2L water, large black tea, lemonade (fizzy water with lemon squash)
Exercise - 1 mile walk

S - 2 choc digestives, apricot, pear, had a few slices of toast, butter & jam ( why I don't know. Well it is done now & tomorrow is a new day)
Fluids - 2 large black tea, 1/2 L fizzy water

D - Curry & rice ( onion, tom, lamb, aubergin, oil)
S - Nectarine, apple, small cake
Fluids -
Exercise - Lots of housework & up/down flight of stairs 6/7 times
