Reaching Target in 2020

Thank you. I am trying and hoping to reach my target soon and then I can decide if I can lower it by another 1/2 stone.

I am doing well, thank you!!
I have already reset my target on here by a 1/2 stone, realised my initial target brought my BMI to 25.9, and ideally want it in the nice healthy range, so below 25, may not ever get that far but going to try. I am not even in the overweight category yet lol
 
Day 316 Friday 8th March 2019
I had 2 NSVs. Went out for a meal with my family who have not seen me for a couple of months. As soon as I walked in they all saide I look very slim. That made my day. The day before I went to my doctor's and he told me that he nearly did not recoganise me. Still long way to go but on the right track.
B - cranberry & pepper soft cheese on WM toast (nothing else in the house), banana & strawberries with fruit yog
L - none as had an awful headache
D - Rice with herbs & broad beans, lamb, natural yog
S -
Fluids - 4 Black tea
Exercise - 9,000 steps

Just realised we are nearly the same weight. But I don't think I ever can hit your goal - I look best at 11 st 7 lb so in reality, lower than that I look ill and gaunt.

Am not sure I would ever reach my target ever! I would also be afraid of looking too gaunt, I am 5 ft 2 so 9 and Half stone is the higher of a healthy range, I was only ever around 8 stone in the past (ahhh those days)!!! so I am going to review as I go along, My shorter terms goals are to get my BMI below 30 and get into the 11s so that is my focus for now. B - cheese on WM toast, orange, apple
L - Salad ( lettuce, coriander, mint, cue, tom, gherkins, lemon), potato & chicken salad, pulled meat, slice flat bread
D - Rice with herbs & broad beans, lamb, natural yog
S - small piece of Sesame snap
Fluids - 4 Black tea, Rose tea
Exercise -5,300 steps

L - Aubergin curry, rice & lettuce
D - 2 WM bread
S -Orange, apples, 2 Turkish delights
Fluids - 3 Lemon & Ginger tea, 3 Black tea
Exercise - 1 hr bodytone, 3,500 steps

Day 320 Tuesday 12th March 2019
Managed to get into a size 14 jeans that were too small for me a couple of weeks ago. Hooorahh!
It was a very hungry day due to lack of sleep
B -Museli with fruit yog, milk & sprinkle of chia seeds.
L - Salmon, roast potatoes, salad (leaves, watercress, basil, tom, cue, olives(1), Red pepper, salad sauce (2)), WM bread
D - Soft cheese on 2 xWM bread
S - Oranges, apple, White choc berries, 1 frerro, 2 biscuits
Fluids - 3 Pina colada tea, 3 Rose tea
Exercise - 1 hr bodytone, 6,500 steps

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 176 lbs (12s 8 lbs)
Loss to date = 47 lbs

1/2 lb loss this week which is fine.
B - Musseli with milk & chia seeds, orange
L - Ham slices
D - Beef casserole (Onion, carrot, swede, potato, kidney beans, tom) with leaf salad
S - Apple, clementine, Raw bar, 2 frerros, 1 Turkish delight, large Pkt hand cooked crisps (disaster)
Fluids : 3 Roobis & Melon tea, Black tea
Exercise - 1 hr bodytone, 8,300 steps

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 167.5 lbs (11s 13.5 lbs)
Loss to date = 55.5 lbs

Lost 8.5 lbs. Mostly due not being feeling well. but it is a loss. 1/2 lb away from 4 stone and initial goal.. I am thinking of lowering my goal.
B - Boild eggs on WM toast with sprinkle of black pepper, celementines
L - Roast dinner (beef & turkey, roasties, mash, broccoli, yorkshire pud, gravy), salad (leaves, boiled egg, tom, cue, carrot, tsp dressing) - did not finish it all
D - Shish kebab & salad in pitta with ff yog
S - slice of ruhbarb pie (didn't taste nive), 2 ferreros, pkt cheesey cheddars
Fluids - Ginger & lemon tea, 2 diet coke
Exercise -4,000 steps
