Day 336 Friday 29th March 2019
I have decided to lower my target by 1/2 stone and hoping to achieve it by end of April (anniversary of the plan). Once I get there, then I decide if I want to go any lower.
It was a full on day for eating. I was hungry constantly and could not stop. I suppose it indicates I am not the mend.
B - Museli with dried fruit, banana & milk
L -Shish kebab, chili, a massive salad (leaves, tom, cue, pepper, sweetcorn, carrot, herbs, salad sauce)
D -Mung beans paella (onion, garlic, ginger, tom, coconut oil, spinach, spices) with salad (leaves, carrot, beetroot, radish, olive oil & lime, herbs)
S - 2 small slices of WM bread with raisins and walnut soft cheese, apple, banana
Fluids - 1/2 L water, 1/2L Pineapple juice & water
Exercise - Walking around the house
