Reaching Target in 2020

Day 336 Friday 29th March 2019
I have decided to lower my target by 1/2 stone and hoping to achieve it by end of April (anniversary of the plan). Once I get there, then I decide if I want to go any lower.

It was a full on day for eating. I was hungry constantly and could not stop. I suppose it indicates I am not the mend.
B - Museli with dried fruit, banana & milk
L -Shish kebab, chili, a massive salad (leaves, tom, cue, pepper, sweetcorn, carrot, herbs, salad sauce)
D -Mung beans paella (onion, garlic, ginger, tom, coconut oil, spinach, spices) with salad (leaves, carrot, beetroot, radish, olive oil & lime, herbs)
S - 2 small slices of WM bread with raisins and walnut soft cheese, apple, banana
Fluids - 1/2 L water, 1/2L Pineapple juice & water
Exercise - Walking around the house

Day 337 Saturday 30th March 2019
B - Cottage cheese on WM toast sprinkled with chia seeds & chopped dried apricots, blueberries, strawberries, grapes
L - Same as last night with moree salad
D - walnut cream cheese sandwich, pkt crisps (4.5), strawberry, blue berries, grapes
S - Apple, Strawberries, small flap jack (5)
Fluids - 3 passion fruit tea, 3 black coffee, 1/2 L water
Exercise - 2,500 steps

Day 338 Sunday 31st March 2019
B - Museli with fruits, nuts, chia seeds, banana and almond milk
L - A very large steak with boiled potatoes and salad (spinach, tom, cue, pepper, herbs, olives (1/2), salad sauce (1))
D - Walnut cream cheese sanwich, cottage cheese, blueberries, strawberry
S - 2 small cubes of flapjack (10), plums, grapes, a few nuts, cranberries, prunes, dried apricot
Fluids - 3 Roobis melon tea, 3 Orange biscuit tea, 1/2 L water
Exercise -walking around the house

B - Museli with fruit & nuts, bueberries, strawberries, banana, almond milk, milk
L - Mung beans casserole (onion, ginger, garlic, toms, spices, coconut oil, mushroom), salad (spinach, tom, cue, pepper, olives (1), coriander, beetroot, salad sauce (1))
D - Walnut cream cheese sandwich, pkt lentil bites (4.5), grapes
S - a few nuts & cranberries, small square of flapjack (5)
Fluids - Roobis melon tea, 3 passion fruit tea
Exercise - walking around the house probably around 2,000 steps

B - Boiled eggs, cheese, ham slices, WM toast, pineapple, strawbwrries, clementine
L/D -Cod cooked in tbsp coconut oil, potatoes, salad (lettuce, tom, cue, olives, peppers), a few small blobs of mayo
S - small handful of nuts, cranberries, dried apricot & seeds
Fluids -5 Rose tea
Exercise -Walking around the house

NSV - I can easily fir into size 14/16. Nearly 12 months ago I was a size 22/24. Changing my lise style has paid off and I am so happy and confident.
B - Museli with dried fruits & seeds, banana, almond milk/milk. Only way to have some milk as recommeneded by the doctor.
L/D - Homemade lentil soup, savory scone
S - a few nuts & cranberries, small cube of flapjack
Fluids - 3 black tea
Exercise - 5,000 steps

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 165.5 lbs (11s 11.5 lbs)
Loss to date =57.5 lbs

Another 2 lbs off. How I don't know. Hit y 4 stone target and more
B - cheese omelette. blueberries strawberries, pineapple, chia seeds, WM suare
L - Mung beans casserole (onion, garlic, ginger, tom, coconut oil, mushroom, spices), salad (lettuce, tom, cue, pepper, olives, beetroot, carrot, sweetcorn, salad sauce)
D - Crackers, ham slices, blueberries, pkt lentil curls
S -Hanful of nuts & dried fruits (just felt my body needed it), 2 cubes of flapjack, apple
Fluids - 3 black coffee, large glass of water
Exercise - Walking around the house as it was raining all day
