Reaching Target in 2020

Day 782 - Sunday 21st June 2020
B - Green & Blue eggs on toast, cherries, peach
Pink eggs are still my favourite
L - Pri pri salmon salad (leaves, tom, cue, pepper, olives, carrot, coriander, salad sauce). Could have had the salmon for 2 meals but had to finish it because of end date.
D - Baked potato with cheese & coriander, Fruit bowl (watermelon, strawberries and peach)
S - Apple, pear, boiled sweet, WM toast, yogurt with home made jam & seeds
F - 4 herbal tea, 2 caramel tea, 1/2 L water
E -13,000 steps. Happy with that, but think I have done more steps than pedometer says (need to look at settings). When I left home, it was cold & windy , but in town it was boiling and cooled again as I was coming back up the hill - I live on top of the hill and we get direct sea air up here.

Day 783 - Monday 22nd June 2020
Yesterday, I suddenly realised the cause of awful excruciating headache last week was due to eating low calorie ice cream - it had skipped my mind that artificial sweetener has that effect on me. A lesson not to be forgotten easily.:rolleyes::rolleyes:
B - Fruit platter (Apricots, mini nectarines, strawberries and cherries)
L- Venison burgers with salad (leaves, coriander, tom, cue, pepper, carrot, beetroot, olives)
@Strawberry Madness - Thank you for recommending them. They are delicious;)
S - Watermelon, fruit platter (melon, watermelon, pineapple, mango, grapes), Fibre One bar
F - 6 Black tea
E - 9,000 steps
Happy today as weather was great and I managed to walk. Today has been more about fruit rather than stodgy food.

Day 784 - Tuesday 23rd June 2020
B - Fruit platter (grapes, melon, watermelon, pineapple, mango), bacon sandwich - I was starving
L - Assorted baked fish with chili oil & salad (leaves, Red cabbage, tom, cue, pepper, carrot, coriander, salad sauce). Fish was nice but next time I get ready prepared as cleaning the fish put me off.
D - Roast chicken ciabatta roll , small pastry
S - Yogurt with strawberries and seeds, home made strawberry & rhubarb squash, cherries
I did not use eat much of sweet stuff but now my keep craving sweet things - well allow myself to have some (like home made jam) & cake bars, otherwise I start binging and that is not advisable.
F - 2 black tea
E - 11,000 steps. Happy taht I could get out but I had to come back as I forgot to take water with me.
Grew the mint from the stems I picked up from our communal garden. Now I will have mint at hand all summer. :) :)

Day 785 - Wednesday 24th June 2020
Managed a good night sleep after making myself really tired yesterday. I feel really refreshed now and rearing to go.
Today, I want to drink as much as possible as I felt very dehydrated Yesterday. My own fault for not taking any water with me when I went for a walk - I did not realise it was that warm. i will go for a walk when it cools down in the evening after work.
B - Fruit platter with cottage cheese sprinkled with seeds (melon, peach, strawberries, cherries). too hot to eat anything else
L - Chicken salad (leaves, coriander, carrot, pepper, beetroot, Red cabbage, cue, tom, lemon juice, salad sauce). Wasn't hungry but thought to eat or I might get very hungry
S - Nectarines, apricots, strawberries, melon
F - 2 black coffee, 3 herbal tea, 2 L water
E -6,500 steps
Went out later but was still too warm. I have been struggling with my walks for the past 2 days for some reason - it is not the heat only
Feel really fat & flabby and look it too. looking in the mirror, it seems like I have put on 5 lbs - why I don't know..
Hope at least I hav stayed the same and not gained - We'll see in the morning
