Managed a good night sleep after making myself really tired yesterday. I feel really refreshed now and rearing to go.
Today, I want to drink as much as possible as I felt very dehydrated Yesterday. My own fault for not taking any water with me when I went for a walk - I did not realise it was that warm. i will go for a walk when it cools down in the evening after work.
B - Fruit platter with cottage cheese sprinkled with seeds (melon, peach, strawberries, cherries). too hot to eat anything else

I find cereals on their own are not substantial for me so I always add a banana.Wooohooo coco pops! I remember when you add banana to rice crispys and sugar and it was called the breakfast of champions
I always feel the same if I'm too close to "ideal" weight, i think i look too gaunt. You could always stop if you feel yourself losing too much.Day 383 - Friday 26th June 2020
Thinking of lowering my target to 10st 7lbs for an event but worried that I might look gaunt & saggy. Going to think about in the next couple of days and decide what to do.
B - coco pops with banana & milk
L - Pink eggs & Homous salad (leaves, coriander, cue tom, carrot, pepper, beetroot). Really enjoyed it
D - sushi, mashed poatatoes
S - Melon, cherry tomatoes
F - 2 black coffee, 1.5 L water, 1 L home made squash
E - 14,000 steps
Today is much cooler than yesterday still warm 25. Yesterday was 32 and unbearable. I never could take the heat.
Went out for a long walk with a friend I had not seen since the lockdown. Although pedometer say 10,000 steps we both recon it was more than that. I went out again for a walk in the evening.

It finally thundered here tonight and it feels so much better!

I’ve actually thought about changing to calorie counting for a couple of weeks for a change, must be something in the air!Day 386 - Monday 29th June 2020
This calorie counting is very time consuming and I have to stop an plan very carefully what I want to eat. Lets hope it is worth it and I shift some weight this week.

D - Chicken, baked potato, salad (leaves, coriander, pepper, tom, cue, beetroot) (450)
S - Banana (80), Monsters claws (85), pomegrante (130)
F - 2 black tea
E -12,500 steps
Total calories = 1,125
It is hungry day but thoroughly enjoyed my food.
