Day 822 - Friday 31st July 2020
B - 30gr cheese, 2 apricots, bunch of grapes (210)
L - Pink egg & tuna toasted sandwich with salad (lettuce, cue, tom, mint, beetroot) - didn't want to have both tuna & egg but they needed to be eaten. (400)
D -Chicken, potato & veg casserole (200)
S - Nectarine (60), Creme mousse (150), biscuits (125), 6 dates (120) - just wanted something sweet after my walk.
F - 3 Black coffee, 2 herbal tea
E -9,000 steps. Wanted to do more but did not have the energy. Been feeling very tired for the past couple of days - perhaps it is the warm nights (in a couple of months time we will be complaining about the cold - what are we like !!!!).

I need to eat substantial meals rather than sandwich with salad - Next week.

Went out for a walk and picked up a big bowl of blackberries (3 lbs) so going to try to freeze them

B - Fruit salad (Nectarine, grapes and banana)
L - Pink egg salad
After that everything went wrong and I indulged on fresh bread , soft cheese & Jam.
D - Chicken, Green beans & courgette casserole with more bread
S - Piece of cake (125), choc mousse (90), creme dessert (150), blackberries
F - 2 Black coffee
E - 13,000 steps. Only good thing from today.

Was travelling so had to eat what was available. Waiting around all day makes me hungry.

Didn't fancy any breakfast.

E - 2,000. It was too cold to go out.

Day 828 - Thursday 6th August 2020
Since returning home, I have been feeling very bloated and uncomfortable. Had a day off plan and then became strict with myself. Stepped on the scales today and it shows 1 lb gain (earlier in the week was showing 4 lbs gain). I am going to put this down to using different scales for weighing and my body adjusting to being home.. So I am not going to change my stats and hoping to show more loss next week.

B - Breakfast souffle (oats, chopped apricot & prunes, milk, egg, blackberry jam & seeds) - (300)
L - Chicken & veg noodles (350), Chocolate mousse (90)
D - 2 rounds of sandwiches (corned beef & piccalilli and laughing cow & crisps) - (800)
S - Grapes, nectarines, watermelon (300), pkt crisps (130), brownies (200)
F - 2 black tea, 3L water
E - 1,000 steps
Total Calories = 2,200

Did not want those sandwiches but had them- why I don't know. Will go back on plan right away tomorrow.

Day 830 - Saturday 8th August 2020
I decided to stop CC as it is not for me. I am glad that I tried it and managed to lose a few lbs but on a permanent basis, it does not work for me. I was starving all the time and was looking to get rid of my hunger with quick snacks and meals and when I reached the allowance for the day, I went without eating until the next day. I am back on what I know best and can eat proper meals with plenty of fruits & veg. I am going to keep the smaller portion as it is good. Anyway, it was a good experience. Mixing eating plans is always good.
I am in the final stages of achieving my ultimate goal but I am going to take it easy and get there whenever - there is no rush as I have done most of the hard work.
B - FF yogurt with fruits, 2 tsp jam and sprinkle of seeds - yummy, I had missed that
L - Chorizo stirfry (Onion, chili flakes, tom, peppers, tbs chili oil, chili sauce
D - Chili & ginger fried steak, 2 tbs oil
S - Watermelon, Nectarine, Pkt crisps
F - Black tea, 2 herbal tea
E -7,000 steps

I have come to realise that I was becoming obsessive about losing more weight and ignoring my body. So I have decided no to worry too much and accept the weight I am now.
B - Coco pops with banana, milk & seeds
L - Chicken casserole with veg & potato. 2 more portions left. I am trying to use up everything in the freezer so I can restock in September.
D - Beef teriyaki salad
S - Pears, watermelon, grapes
F - Black coffee, 2L home made squash
E - Very little

Yesterday, I felt so bloated and my tummy was really hurting. Thank god, today, I feel better and going easy on food.
B - coco pops, 1/2 banana, milk
L - Salmon salad (leaves, tom, cue, pepper, beetroot, olives, salad sauce)
F - Black coffee, 2 sage tea, 4L water
E -6,000 steps. Wanted to do more but it was too hot

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 154 lbs (11s 0 lbs)
Loss to date = 69 lbs

Well scales show more gain for this week. Last week after holidays, I blamed the gain on change of climate. I have eaten as I normally do and scales are showing a higher figure. I definitely think it is the scales and have to go with what it shows. Annoying but there is nothing I can do.
B - Banana, cottage cheese and jam on WM toast and sprinkled with seeds
L - Sandwiches (ploughman salad, all day breakfast), crisps
D - Chicken & veg stirfry (onion, ginger, lemon chicken, asparagus, sugersnaps, sweetcorn, chili, tbs oil0
S - Chocolate mousse pkt biscuits (3 = 110 cals), banana, a handful of blackberries
F - 2 Black coffee, black tea, 2L water
E - 3,500 steps. Had a few things to do on the other side of town so drove and no time for a long walk before rain started.

D - 2 more egg roll & mayo - Cannot resist bread once it is on display.

blackberry squash
E -3,000 steps
My scales are showing as I have put on more weight. I suspect that the batteries are running down so to make sure I will replace the batteries today and see what happens.

Day 838 - Monday 17th August 2020
M'y body is going through some sort of crisis. Every time I step on the scales, it appears that I have put on weight. Decided to leave weighing alone for a week or so and see how I get on.
B - Breakfast platter ( cottage cheese sprinkled with seeds, blueberries, 1/2 apple, 1/2 banana)
L - Cottage cheese and 1/2 apple, slice of rye bread with pink egg. Don't want to eat too much as going to a Russian resturant tonight and looking forward to it.
D - oh my dinner at Russian restaurant was sooo delicious & worth every calorie. I have chicken & pork cutlet with smashed potatoes, mushroim. A dumpling & bite of salmon from my friend - well we swapped bits. 2 tiny bits of bread
S - Apple
F - Black coffee, Black tea
E - 7,000 steps
Saw a friend who I have not seen since February and she told me that I have lost weight.
