Reaching Target in 2020

Stressful day as a few itineraries cancelled and I had to search for alternatives Think got it all sorted if they don't get cancelled again. Problem is they don't give you a refund but s voucher to use later on. Agggrrr
B - Plantain
L - Green curry
D - Big salad (leaves, coriander, tom, cue, avocado, cauliflower, gherkins)
S - Banana, apple, humus with pretzels
F - Black tea, herbal tea
E - 1,500 steps

L - 2 x Shop bought egg & bacon, chicken & stuffing sandwich
D - chicken pasta salad
S - Apples, 2 boiled sweets, 2 hot cross buns
F - 2 Herbal tea, black coffee, glass of wine
E -5,500 steps
Real bad eating today as I was hoping to go out to dinner but did not happen so i ended up eating the wrong food.

As I have had 2 bad days of stuffing my face with sandwiches, I will be taking it easier today. Still have a sandwich to eat today, but going to get myself a big salad to go with it.
L - Egg & bacon sandwich with salad (lettuce, pepper, sweetcorn, white cabbage)
S - Nectarines, blackberries & Damsons, 4 ginger biscuits 9200 cals)
F - 3 Black coffee, 3 herbal tea
E - 7,500 steps. I am really trying to do more steps but somehow I cannot manage it these days.

S -6 ginger biscuits (300 cals), little salad & bacon leftover from lunch, watermelon (needed that to ease my headache), pineapple
F - Herbal tea, diet coke
E - 14,200 steps

D - lamb stew & meatballs with rice, 1/2 orange drizzle cake - shouldn't have had the cake but wanted to try

D - Chicken kebab with roasted peppers, tom, pita, chips & dipping sauce

E - 16,200 steps, 4hr walk up/down mountain

L - Bread sticks, grapes
D - Cakes (this was 1/3 of portion we were served). Too sweet & filing so had to go for a walk after
S - plum, 4 crackers
F - 3 Black coffee, 2 matcha tea, 2 glasses peach squash, pomegranate juice, pomegranate & green tea
E - 21,500 steps. Walked in the heat as the bus didn't turn up.
