For the past few weeks, I have been a bit too relaxed about my eating and indulged in bread and pastry. Although, I did a lot of walking the weight did not come off the way I was expecting. So it is time to go back to my normal routine of eating more fruits & veg and hope to reach my final weight by Christmas - 3 weeks to go and I am sure putting in the effort, I can get there.
B - My favorite breakfast back on the menu - Banana & cottage cheese on WM toast with 2 tsp home made jam and sprinkle of seeds
L - cup-a-soup
D - Fried eggs, tbs butter, jacket potato
S - Pkt what crunch, apple, clementines, large pancake (I felt really cold & hungry)
F - 2 Black coffee, 4 black tea
E - 2,000 steps around the house

L - Roast salmon, mixed veg (broccoli, carrot, sweetcorn), small potato
D - Blue cheese with WM toast
S - 2 pkt wheat crunchies (200 cals), apple, clementines, yogurt with 2 tsp home made jam, skinny whip (100 cals)
F - 6 Black tea
E - None
I don't like cold weather, it makes me want to eat to warm up but I end up eating junk.

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 148 lbs (10s 8 lbs)
Loss to date = 75 lbs


Lost 2.5lbs over the past few weeks and now I am 1 lb away from my final goal.
L - Spanish omelette (onion, garlic, ginger, potato, pepper, olive oil, eggs), salad (leaves, tom, cue, pepper, salad sauce)
D - Hummus & Blue cheese on WM toast and grapes
S - Black forest fruits, yogurt, home made jam, sprinkled with seeds, apple
F - 6 Black tea
E - None again as it is really cold out there

Thankyou for posting such a varied food diary, It has given me a lot of inspiration. I am new to slimming world so food ideas are alway welcome. I hope you reach your target before Santa arrives.
