Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 148 lbs (10s 8 lbs)
Loss to date = 75 lbs
Lost 2.5lbs over the past few weeks and now I am 1 lb away from my final goal.
L - Spanish omelette (onion, garlic, ginger, potato, pepper, olive oil, eggs), salad (leaves, tom, cue, pepper, salad sauce)
D - Hummus & Blue cheese on WM toast and grapes
S - Black forest fruits, yogurt, home made jam, sprinkled with seeds, apple
F - 6 Black tea
E - None again as it is really cold out there
