L - Chicken toast with pepper, radish, cue, tom, olives, beetroot. A friend brought me a white loaf and butter

F - 3 Black tea, 2 herbal tea

L - Christmas lunch - roast beef, chicken, sprouts, carrots, cauli, roast potato & parsnip & gravy - biggest meal I have had for a long time.
D - Toast with cheese spread
S - Mince tart, trifle
F - 3 Black coffee, 2 herbal tea, glass of cider

B - Porridge made with ginger, dried apricot, prunes, banana, apple and tbs butter and sprinkled with seeds
L - Large bowl of trifle to finish it - so bloated now but it is all gone haha
D - Beef, chicken & cheese in pitta with salad sauce
S - 2 slices of french baguette, pkt lentil curls, slice of cake, 2 mince pies
F - 2 Black tea, herbal tea

Back to normal eating from today
B - Cottage cheese sprinkled with seeds, banana, clementines and apple
L - Corned beef salad (leaves, tom, cue, radish, pickled cabbage, beetroot, pepper and salad sauce)
D - Pitta bread with corned beef, celery sticks with hummus
S - Apple, clementines, crispbread with a smearing of Cheese spread
F - 3 Black coffee, herbal tea
E - No exercise again as it is too cold & rainy to go out for a walk

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 148 lbs (10s 8 lbs)
Loss to date = 75 lbs


Today was my last WI for the year. I am still 1lb away from achieving my final target. I am not surprised at that as I had an indulgent christmas (for my standards) - ate things that I don't normally eat but it was good and enjoyable. Also, I have not been walking as much as I usually do due to heavy rain. However, I did my first long walk yesterday and hope to continue.

I am happy to maintain the weight but I am sure with a little more effort I can get the last lb off.

B - Bacon & eggs with crumpets
L - Roast beef dinner - beef, sprouts, dry roasted carrot, potato and parsnip
D - Cheese on crumpet
S - Banana, yogurt with jam
F - 4 Black tea, 2 glasses milk
E - 7,000 steps

E - 5,000 steps - extremely cold out there so difficult to go for a long walk
