S - Grapes, Mango, Yogurt with home made jam and blueberries, sprinkled with tsp toasted coconut
F - 4 Black tea
E -1 hr body tone,

After exercise I was very hungry so I decided to have a hearty breakfast

B - Chicken salad sandwich (Mayo, leaves, pepper, gherkins) on 2 WM toast, grapes
D - Prawn & veg stir-fry (broccoli, pepper, carrot, prawns, coconut rice) sprinkled with toasted coconut
S - Mango, grapes, banana, raw bar (160 cals), 1 boiled sweet, Blackberries & plums on my walk
F - 6 Black tea
E - 1 hr body tone, 5,500 steps

D - Oatcakes with hummus
S - Nectarines, plums, Raw bar (cashew & date) - delicious and more satisfying than chocolate
F - 3 Black coffee
E - 1 hr body tone, 3,000 steps

L - Vegetable soup (onion, Green beans, corn, mushroom, tomato, Bloti beans, pasta, stock cube, coriander)

S - Grapefruit, clementines, apple, 2 tbs dried cranberries & raisins
F - 6 Black tea, glass of grape juice,home made hot chocolate (glass of milk, tsp coco powder, tsp honey)
E -1 hr body tone, 1,000 steps
