I have been on the scenic route of this journey for the past couple of months for various reasons and have not had my head in the game at all and gained some weight.
After working so hard to get the weight off and build a new lifestyle for myself, I am so disappointed that I let stresses of the life get the better of me.
My clothes are tight and I don't feel very uncomfortable and miserable.

So that is it and I am putting my head back in the game again and hope to get back to a more comfortable position very soon.
B - Big bunch of Grapes
L - Beef & veg stew with WM bread
D - yogurt pot (layers of frozen fruit, yogurt, 2 tsp jam, sprinkled with fruit & nut clusters)
S - Grapes, apple
F - Black tea
