Breakfast- chocolate shreddies (couldn't finish them..)
Snack- graze box of oatbakes and caramelised onion chutney
Lunch- pasta pesto salad and chicken, pack of ringos crisps.
Snacks- chocolate, liquorice
Drink: 1.5 litres of water, 500ml diet coke and a diet vimto.
Not sure on what to have for dinner yet. I have Pilates tonight. I checked my calories on the website and it said up days I should have 3100 and down days 650 that seems alot for up days as I never usually eat that many calories but I like the idea of 650 cals for dd. do you think this is ok? I think its quite high due to my age weight and I exercise a fair bit. I would like to go to the gym tomorrow on my dd so I will have 650 cals and see how that goes? What do you guys think?
I'm just planning my menu for tomorrow. X
