Ready to Judddd my way slim!

Dd number 3.

Breakfast: 3 corn thins and 1 1/2 laughing cow extra light cheese. -99 calories

Lunch: s&s meal pack spag Bol and 4 mushrooms (13cals) 148calories

Dinner: undecided yet.

Have found that a sweet called slim fruits which you get from holland an Barrett and very good and they help fill you up on a dd due to v high fibre content. You can have 5 sweets for 10 cals which is great but anymore than 5 you will find yourself running to the loo.

No worries. They can be a bit expensive so I usually stock up when thy have the penny sale. :) but I had 2 of the sweets this morning to see me through from breakfast to lunch and it was fab. They do 2 flavours- peach and rhubarb and strawberry which is my favourite. :)
 
Popping in to say good bye! Been doing this diet for only a week but I really can't do it anymore it just doesn't suit me or my life style. So good bye and hope it all works out for you. I'm going back to slimming world. X
