Ready to make a change!!!

I would like to report day 2 of no pain in ankles..... Bring on running tomorrow....

Question.... i am on day 3 of week one??? Would you just do my third session then move on to week 2 or just start week one again!!!

I would do WK1D3 and see how your ankles are, if they're OK have day's rest and then try WK2D1 and see how they are for the 90s runs. If OK bash on with week 2 but if they're sore at all I go back and complete the repeat of week one. Eat the elephant in small bites!

I've started using the NHS podcasts now....Laura , the voice is a bit patronising at times (oooh I could smack her sometimes! ) but it's nice to have a bit of company and there are some good tips.

Dear father.... Its been 9 days since my last weigh in!!!

-5lbs!!!! And considering its TOTM (AGAIN!!!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad:)

I'm well chuffed with that!!!!

yup i'm doing ok, just sitting here looking at my running stuff thinking i should go for a run, might go and wake up my running partner ha ha

I run outside ATM; I don't have access to a treadmill but I am lucky enough to live near some beautiful beech woods (bottom of my garden actually) with well- maintained paths. I know them well from walking the dog and I've found a little circular route that's just right for the 30 minute workout. It's been rather dark recently so I've been setting off later but once the clocks go back I'll be back to 7 am runs! Get me!!!!!!!! I'll be doing the local 7k fun run with all the Lycra-clad skinnies next!

Ooooh i havent dared run outside yet!! x

I used to time my first 'run' so that I was well into the woods and away from spectators ......now I don't mind so much as I don't look like I'm about to have a coronary!

Sooooooo the extra exercise thing on LT can sometime be a pain.... its only 8am.... I have Cleaned the kitchen.... I have Mince meat for my mince pies in the oven.... and i'm just killing a bit of time before i do my run!!!

Can't sleep.... at least i'll have a productive day!!! Lol...

I'm ding practice runs for little bits of presents at Christmas.... Homemade stuff...

I find it suprisingly ok!! Lol... Weird!!

Its really bizzarre I'm wanting to make the biccies I make at Xmas for the family as they are always asking me to make more so might get practising soon on those. Funnily enough don't feel tempted to eat any of them as I'm enjoying seeing the scales get smaller numbers rather than tasting the biccies.

The way i see it the more practice runs i do now.... the nicer the ones i eat at xmas will be!!! ; ) x
