I would like to report day 2 of no pain in ankles..... Bring on running tomorrow....
Question.... i am on day 3 of week one??? Would you just do my third session then move on to week 2 or just start week one again!!!

I would do WK1D3 and see how your ankles are, if they're OK have day's rest and then try WK2D1 and see how they are for the 90s runs. If OK bash on with week 2 but if they're sore at all I go back and complete the repeat of week one. Eat the elephant in small bites!
I've started using the NHS podcasts now....Laura , the voice is a bit patronising at times (oooh I could smack her sometimes! ) but it's nice to have a bit of company and there are some good tips.
