Red/Green days :-) Mission Skinny Bridesmaid!

It's definitely gonna go slower I think, there's no way I could pull another 6 and 5, I will actually be happy with 3 to get my stone off, in three weeks. Already I'm a pound down this morning so hopefully with another two off anything else would be a bonus I'm looking forward to being in the 14s again and seeing how far I can go, without having a slipup too. Before I did have a couple and manage to get on with plan. I'm still early on into the diet again to do that. Anyway trainer today! Will post my eats later! Xx

It's definitely going to be a STS for me this week I think, the last 2 weeks I've just completely nosedived! Lack of sleep + hating my job = wanting to eat rubbish! I've completely avoided Jillian for the past 2 weeks (though I have got a new cross trainer which I've been using), going to try and do her tonight plus some Cardio as got a rest day from squats etc.

I've got next WI, the whole of April, plus 3 weeks in May, so certain I can lose quite a bit by the time I go, just need to get my mojo back!

That's the spirit! We can't be good all the time, life gets in the way! Hating job is just the worst can totally relate to wanting to eat crap, it's semi makes it better! You have a wee while I'm sure you will be kickin butt next week!!

Training was fab today feel good but tired! Gym Saturday and Sunday! Night out Friday and have cancelled the other one as I don't really want to spend loads this weekend! Least it shouldn't affect scales too much! Gonna make sure I've got chicken in the fridge incase of the munchies when I come home!! X
 
Food for today

Breakfast 2 chewy delight Kellogg's bars heb (need to check if two are one heb or two are two heb!)
2 pineapple lollies
lunch pack of chicken tikka
dinner pack of chicken tikka
water

keep forgetting about my hea! Oops! Will have weetabix tomorrow so will just have it then. Thinking another red day Tom although I may make my curry as I bought some containers, although I'd rather eat that as hangover food! Yeah will just have a chicken day again.
 
Another pound off this morning! Another pound off and that's a stone in three weeks! I'm 7lbs off where I was in December too! Will just be so glad to see the 14s! I def think the loss this week will be 3 I'm hoping I can squeeze the other lb off don't want to jinx it! I'm honestly happy with whatever as long as it takes me in the 14s!

Will be be off now til tomorrow hope you ladies have a lovely day and fab weekend xxx
 
Aww god feel awful! So hungover! My stomach feels terrible! I had mainly diet coke and vodkas but I had a cranberry n vod, and a tutti fruiti cocktail probably not that bad but then I had half a small spicy chicken pizza and some chips with Mayo! I don't really regret it cos it's the first time I've been bad and I'm going to gym today and tom. I just need to work a little harder in the gym just to make sure that it hopefully doesn't show on the scales!! Have a lovely weekend girls xx

A STS after that is brill, no doubt you'll get another lb off, what determination going to the gym with a hangover!! I don't even drink and I can't be bothered with the gym :p

It's good thank you! Just munching on a bowl of strawberries so yum! Had my chicken today too! Gonna try be a bit more adventurous the next couple of weeks! Chicken today was piri piri was lovely! Gym today was there 30 mins and then went for a swim. I'm gonna take my stuff Tom and run and walk on my lunch! Need this lb off!! How are you Kay? And Emma of course? Hope you ladies are having a lovely weekend! Why is Sunday already!
 
I'm drowning in self pity today *glugglugglug*, I'm quite tempted to take a day off work this week and spend the whole time in the gym!

I know well done Kay really pleased for ya! Woop woop! Been a bit quiet weigh in looks like a 2lb loss so didn't manage the 3 for the stone off but still amazing for 3 weeks work :D Trainer Tom will write more Tom too xxx

2 is brill though, especially after the last few weeks you've had! :D
