I'm a bit disappointed at the moment it's been a week and I've only lost 1lb, I've got 13lbs left to lose and I'm losing my motivation, I think it may be because I'm not eating enough, yesterday all I had was a plateful of roast beef, I have a funeral to go to tomorrow but it's a 2.5 hour drive away, so can't see me managing to eat good food.
I'm also taking the children away for the weekend to Butlins and I'm really tempted to go off the rails diet wise as I don't want to cook seperate meals for me and the kids.
