For anyone with microsoft excel i have uploaded the spreadsheet it is really simple.

Just open it with excel

Just enter the weight loss and the spreadsheet will update the total automatic

Seems i got an ear infection I have drops for it, cant hear out of one eat lol sucks atleast it hasnt started pussing lol x

My dad let me has his bike lol, its a really good one with springs and all sorts lol. I just need a helmet and im defo going out on that!

Well although my day went good i went to the gym this morning then took my nephews to a theme park =] i come home to find myself loosing a good friend over nothing so now im sad but hey not gonna let it get me down =] How you all been doing? Tonight i felt alittle naughty and had myself some WW pizza hmmm good times.
