Breakfast - 2 x coffees
apple, pear and banana with strawberry yogurt and allbran
snack - orange
lunch - jacket potato with cottage cheese, beans and salad.
Snack - yogurt and apple, pear and kiwi
Dinner - turkey breast stuffed with quark and onion, garlic and chilli, ginger and lemongrass with butternut squash, carrot, broccoli, swede, parsnip and tomatoes. 2 syns - chilli sauce
Pudding - vanilla pod rice pudding.
