breakfast - 28g porridge with milk & water, banana and cinnamon and pear

1 hr aerobics
lunch - couscous with spicy chicken, salad with ham and salsa - 2 syns
pudding - tropical fruit salad with muller
dinner - slowcooked lamb tagine - 2 syn for honey and tomato paste and salsa used (came out really fatty trying to strain the fat off) with rice. 2 syns - chilli sauce
snack - quark options with mixed fruit - 1 syn
