Hot tea with sweetener always helped me. That, lots of water & keeping busy.
I hate how weight makes us feel. I have cancelled on so many events because I felt day it's untrue. And sad.

When I ran London I was too cowardly to wear the tshirt...i thought people would think I was too fat / slow / etc to run a marathon! Doh! Forget what other people think (they're probably thinking about themselves anyway!)
