Oh god ended up drinking about 7 glasses of vodka and diet coke then a glass of wine carnt belive iv slipped up today iv had a pack of crisp egg salad barm wich was vile now goin chippy :-(
 
Salt and pepper chips and a barm put on a pound and half i have got to get my head together startin gym first drink in weeks and gained x

Hi hun am ok i find with this plan i am not eating loads when i was counting points i would always go over salt and peppwr was lovely hun i just fryed beef in fry light with peppers chopped and onions soy sauce and pepper then added some salt and pepper seasoning u buy it in a tub its only 2 pound and lasts for agers i had it with browne spaggeti x
 
Tuesday weugh in at 5 and couldnt resist just had 2 packets of crisps with bread think later on i will have a ww meal with veg will be updateing diary tomorrow i really hope i have lost somethin my only down fall was maybe the vodkas
