Here is my recipe, but it does involve using an (a) choice per serving.
1 litre ss. UHT milk + 250 mls water
200 gr pudding rice
4 tsp vanilla extract
6-7 T sweetener or to taste
I have a JML star chef and this takes 1.30 mins to cook. I would imagine works the same in a saucepan but you would have to keep an eye on it.
It makes 5 large portions. I have it for breakfast and it is so filling I am never hungry till lunch.
With a couple tsp of jam or ice cream sauce it is divine.
