Hello! No, it's not linked to SW. I've tried almost every diet going, & the one that I found easiest to lose weight on was 'fasting' (I guess it's not strictly fasting, as I always eat - can't go to sleep if I'm hungry!! But aim for 500kcal for the day) on 2-3 days of the week. However, it stopped working - basically because some weeks I was only managing 1 fast day & would eat too much / the wrong stuff on the rest!. So I thought if I tried to follow SW on my non-fast days this would help. I find that SW doesn't work for me on it's own as I always go over my syns - I can manage about 75% of the time, but usually have a couple of nights out a week & also have a tendency to binge eat
So far the combination approach seems to working Still early days though!
How's your day going? It's lovely & sunny here, too nice to be stuck in the office (which I currently am)!
