i fear frogmeller may have met a certain doom :cry:
my own fault,and i'm not happy with myself,unforgivable
for not insuring her inclosure was safe.
i drowned my sorrows in a donna kebab,and i ate the pitta too.
however i haven't stuffed my face like i normally would have
with chocolate.
so no need to send Orbit round,i have to say i love that name
though !!!

Well done on avoiding the choccies - little baby steps. I definitely try to give myself credit for what i dont eat instead of always beating myself up about what i do...keep going
