Ooo good luck for OWL sweetie. Try adding more good carbs like suggested above. Nuts, more higher carb veggies, berries (rhubarb, strawberries n raspberries are lowest carb). Just try a couple of new things at once so if u don't get on with them n gain or whatever you'll easily know which caused it n once u know they're ok keep with em n try the next thing.
